We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how our tools are used. Our analytics solution:

We only see aggregate data like page views and referral sources to understand which tools are useful. We cannot identify individual visitors.

Some tools use your browser's local storage to save preferences (like theme settings or recent inputs) between sessions. This data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings.

Certain team tools (planning poker, sprint retrospective, team quiz, trivia, decision spinner, story points, and t-shirt sizing) offer real-time rooms. These use Pusher Channels (Pusher Ltd., EU cluster) as a transport sub-processor: your chosen display name and your in-room activity (votes, cards, options, and similar session content) transit Pusher's infrastructure so participants stay in sync. This content is never stored on our servers — we keep only ephemeral room session metadata (a room code, an unguessable join secret, the current host, and a short time-to-live) needed to run the room, and rooms expire automatically. To reconnect you smoothly, your browser stores a room membership token in sessionStorage (cleared when you leave or close the tab) and your last-used display name in localStorage; you can clear both anytime through your browser settings.

We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and real-time collaborative features. These services are selected for their privacy practices and compliance with data protection regulations. Our hosting infrastructure may collect standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance monitoring purposes. These logs are handled according to industry-standard practices.
